Join us at Al-Ummah Summer Center, where we offer a variety of activities aimed at developing children’s and youth’s skills, enhancing their creativity, and ensuring they enjoy their summer vacation.

Art Workshops: Drawing, sculpture, crafts.
Sports Activities: Football, swimming, basketball.
Educational Workshops: Programming, science, fun math activities.
Field Trips: Visits to museums, parks, and recreational places.
Islamic Studies: Learning Islamic manners and memorizing Quranic surahs.
Social Workshops: Etiquette for girls and skills for boys.

Is the summer camp held every day?

From Monday to Friday each week

What are the daily hours of the camp?

From 10 AM to 3 PM

Does the registration include daily meals?

Yes, it includes a daily meal for the student

Are the activities for boys and girls separate?

Yes, girls are separated from boys with female supervisors.

Is it possible to register for a short period at the camp?

Yes, it is possible to register for a short period of one or two weeks. Payment for registration is coordinated with the general supervisor, Sheikh Abdul Rahman. adahy@umcc.ca

What about discounts?

If the students are siblings, we offer a $50 discount per student. If the student is a student at the Islamic school, we offer a $50 discount. If the siblings are in the Islamic school, they are eligible for a $100 discount per student.

What are the contents of the summer camp?

The camp will be held 5 days a week: 1- Two Islamic days (students will learn Quran, Arabic language, and Islamic studies) 2- One skills day (students will learn a new skill such as wood carving, gardening, and communication skills) 3- One outdoor day (weekly outdoor trip) 4- Every day includes a recreational segment like soccer, swimming, and basketball.

نعم يشمل كل يوم وجبة للطالب

هل نشاط الأولاد مفصول عن البنات؟

البنات مفصولين عن الأولاد بمشرفات لهم.

هل يصلح الاشتراك لمدة قصيرة في المخيم؟

نعم يصلح الاشتراك لفترة قصيرة لمدة أسبوع أو أسبوعين، ودفع الاشتراك يتم بالتنسيق مع المشرف العام. ش عبد الرحمن.

ماذا عن الخصومات؟

إذا كان الطلاب أخوين نقدم لهم خصم 50 دولار على الطالب، وإذا كان الطالب طالبا في المدرسة الإسلامية نقدم له 50 دولار خصم، وإذا كان الأخوين في المدرسة الإسلامية يستحقا 100 دولار خصم عن كل طالب.

ما محتويات المركز الصيفي؟

سيكون هناك 5 أيام بالأسبوع 1- يومين علمي (يتعلم فيها الطالب قرآن + لغة عربية + علوم شرعية) 2- يوم مهاري (يتعلم الطلاب فيها مهارة جديدة كالحفر على الخشب والزراعة ومهارات التواصل) 3- يوم خارجي (نزهة خارجية أسبوعية) 4- كل يوم به فقرة ترفيهية مثل كرة القدم، السباحة، كرة السلة.
