Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The Event Planner will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events aligned with client and organizational goals.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and logistics.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee finances.
