Ummah Masjid Quran School: Registration

Welcome to Ummah Masjid Quran School

Registration Form-

Please complete this form to register your child for our Quran learning programs.
A non-refundable registration fee of 10 CAD is required for all students.

We offer the following programs:

1. Tahfeez Program

Schedule for Boys and Girls Class : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Fee: 30 CAD

Description: Focuses on Quran memorization with structured revision, and supervised guidance to support the progress.

2. Nooraniya Program

Boys’ Classes: Sunday 12:30 PM–2:30 PM & Tuesday 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
Girls’ Classes: Thursday & Friday 7:00 PM–8:30 PM
Fee: 40 CAD

Description: Builds strong foundational skills in Noorani Qaida, including letter recognition, makharij, and fluent reading.

3. Weekend Quran School

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday — 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Fee: 50 CAD

Description: A full weekend program offering Quran reading, basics, Islamic studies, and character development.
Note: We offer six level-based classes, and students of all levels are welcome.

Additional Cost

Books: 10 CAD

Payment Information :

All fees can be paid through our secure Auto-Deposit system. Payment details will be provided upon completing this form.
